Hi, thanks for visiting my webpage. My name is Anita Li . I was born and grew up in Hong Kong . I am the eldest of eight siblings, four sisters and three brothers. I put my success down to my good upbringing. I never went without, but I always yearned for more. I wanted to do the best I could. One day I have an opportunity to come to UK to further my studies, and I took it at the first opportunities.
I started my journey like most people , studying hard and got a job as an accountant for over 20 years. During this time, I learnt the importance of cashflow management to succeed in any business. All the times when I was working as an accountant, I was happy with my career but I knew that my interest was also in business, so a few years ago , I decided to venture out of my comfort zone and started to investing in property one at a time.
I have made some mistakes and feel that I need to get more knowledge on the subject. I took some courses in property investing to educate myself, and continue to develop my skills. It was during these time more and more ideas come to me and I got interest on internet marketing.
I was always inspired by those people who have achieved against the odds. I live in Maidenhead, Berkshire, actively involved in the running of my business.
These are my ten golden rules in life and in business.
* Vision – if you are going to dream then dream big. Reaching one horizon always reveals another.
* Influence – there are times when every entrepreneur needs others. Influence is twinned with win-win.
* Confidence – an inner self-belief is like a foundation stone under the tallest building. There is no such thing as failure, only feedback.
* Commitment in the entrepreneurial dictionary action comes straight after decision. Committing to get things done is an invaluable ally on your road to success.
* Results orientated where entrepreneurs win over others is in the energy and focus they put into their ideas. Being results orientated brings clarity to the goal for everyone involved.
* Timing supportive partners, circumstances and good health are all what I call critical success factors when starting a new business. A new business venture will require the majority of your time, effort and dedication.
* Perseverance successful entrepreneurs have two undeniable qualities determination and persistence. Develop a keep on going ability to be called upon whenever you might need it.
* Caring take the time to understand the needs and wants of your key people. Taking a small amount of time to understand exactly what makes your people tick is imminently important.
* Action – most successful entrepreneurs understand that action is just like a powerful drug. It makes things happen.
* Intuition heed your intuition and respect your gut feeling. Intuition is an entrepreneurs own inbuilt radar system.
